Yes, Highly recommended, as some campgrounds may have water pressure as high as 110 psi. The recommended pressure for your RV is 50 to 60 psi.
Yes, some newer RV’s have a surge protector built in, if not, it is highly recommended to use an external surge protector to protect your RV from electrical surges which could cause expensive repairs.
A few reasons:
- To keep the RV style refrigerator working properly
- For your slides to operate properly without binding
- So the plumbing flows properly
- So when you bake your cakes they aren’t lopsided
Your tires should be checked at least monthly for any cracks, bulges or damage to the side wall on both sides of the tire. The tire air pressure should be checked monthly if stationery or while traveling they should be checked each day before pulling out to avoid overheating the tires, that could cause a blowout.
As there are several items that need to be address for maintenance ie, A/C’s and filters, water heaters, furnaces just to name a few. Maintenance should be done at the minimum of once a year or as conditions demand.
Possibly there is a build up inside the tanks. Periodically the gray tanks may need to be flushed if they have been left open for some time to remove the smell.
No. The reason is the black tank needs to remain closed until the black tank is at least 2/3rds full so it will empty properly. It is recommended to use a black tank solution to assist in the break down of paper and solids.
